Our delicious Hazelnut Florentines with crispy rice and chocolate are a variant of the popular Almond Florentines. Fun to know: Florentines are said to have originated at the French court when the wealthy De’ Medici family from Florence (hence, the biscuit’s name) came to visit. We don't have that original recipe – but our recipe has been in use for decades. The ingredients: Belgian chocolate, puffed rice, hazelnuts, butter caramel and a touch of honey. The result? A sweet crispy explosion of flavour!
