Caprese salad 2.0 with Almond Thins

Preparation
Cut the peaches in 4 and grill them for a few minutes on each side. Set aside.
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Arrange the slices of mozzarella and tomato alternately on a plate. Add the quarter pieces of the grilled peaches.
Season with some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Garnish with a few leaves of basil and fresh mint.
