Let's start cooking!
Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange eight Butter Crisps on it.
Place four marshmallows halves on each Butter Crisp. Top each one with another Butter Crisp.
Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water (bain-marie). Dip one half of each s’more into the melted chocolate.
Crumble the four remaining Butter Crisps and sprinkle the s’mores with the crumbs.
