Jules toasties with Ganda ham, Brie cheese and barbecue sauce

Cut up the Brie slices. Cut the ham in two and fold over twice. Set out 8 biscuits. Place half the ham on the biscuits, then the Brie cheese and cover with the rest of the ham. Put the other biscuits on top and place under a grill or in an oven at 180ºC until the cheese has melted. Mix the three sauces and transfer to a small dish. Cut the toasties in half when hot and serve with the barbecue sauce.
