Pour the 30 ml butterscotch syrup into the cup. Prepare your Americano separately, in the pitcher. Tip: For the Americano, use a double espresso, then remove the foam. Gently pour the Americano over the butterscotch sauce.
Whip the cream in the shaker to your preferred consistency. Spoon the cream onto the Americano using the cocktail spoon, to keep the cream and the coffee separate.
Crumble a Butter Crisp and sprinkle it onto the Americano. Enjoy!
