Mix the oatmeal and boiling water in a bowl. Leave for 5 minutes until you have a smooth porridge-like texture. Add more water to adjust the texture if necessary.
Slice the banana and place on top of the oatmeal.
Break up the Almond Thins and sprinkle on top.
In a small bowl, heat up the chocolate spread in the microwave for 10 to 20 seconds to get a liquid texture. Pour over the oatmeal in stripes, and enjoy.
