Preparation
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small blocks, mix with a dash of Chardonnay or white wine vinegar.
Cut four cubes of cheddar cheese and place them on the Almond Florentines.
Place the lumpfish caviar on half the cheddar. Place the cucumber over the other half of the cheddar cube.
Dust with a touch of cayenne pepper.
