Let's start cooking!
Pre-heat the oven to 160 °C. Heat 4 Butter Waffles in the oven for 2 minutes until soft. Use a cookie cutter to cut circles out of the waffles and set aside to cool.
Combine the red pepper coulis with 80 g of feta cheese and olive oil in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Spoon some red pepper coulis onto the Butter Waffle and crumble the remainder of the feta cheese as a garnish.
