Lace Thins with Cashew Nuts with goat’s cheese, thyme and orange

Preparation
Mix the goat’s cheese with a dash of olive oil and finely grated orange zest.
Tear the thyme leaves, chop finely and add to the cheese. Mix and season with salt and pepper. Place the mixture in an icing bag, pipe a small dollop onto four Lace Thins with Cashew Nuts and cover the cheese with the other four biscuits.
