Almond Thins in Dark Chocolate, fuet sausage and apricots

Preparation
Season the apricot jam with a pinch of cumin powder. Remove the skin from the fuet and cut the fuet into twelve thin slices.
Spread the jam on the Almond Thin in Belgian Dark Chocolate and place the slices of fuet on top. Garnish with a sprig of Greek basil.
