Butter Crisp with banana, chocolate and brown rum

Fry the bananas in butter and brown sugar and flambé with the brown rum. Melt the chocolate in this pan with a dash of cream.
Cut some Butter Crisps for decoration and crumble the rest. Arrange banana pieces on the plate and place some crumbled biscuits on top. Place 2 scoops of ice cream alongside the banana pieces. Finish with the chocolate sauce and biscuits.
