Butter Crisps dipped in Easter chocolate

Preparation
Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Melt the milk chocolate over a bain-marie or in the microwave. Melt the white chocolate in the same way.
Dip half of the Butter Crisps into the melted milk chocolate until they are 2/3 coated, shaking off any excess chocolate. Repeat with the remaining Butter Crisps and the white chocolate.
Decorate each of the Butter Crisps with mini eggs, mini pretzels and mini sweets. Arrange them on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle a pinch of fleur de sel over the Butter Crisps with milk chocolate. Allow the chocolate to harden for 30 minutes at room temperature or in the fridge.
