Virtuoso with melon and Serrano ham

Preparation
Cut the Serrano ham into twelve strips. Cut the melon into balls using a Parisienne scoop and mix them with a tablespoon of walnut oil. Cut the walnuts into pieces.
Lay one strip of Serrano ham on the Virtuoso biscuit and roll up two more. Place a melon ball between the ham rolls.
Garnish with the walnuts and mint leaves.
