Virtuoso with apple compote, black pudding and fried onion

Peel the apple and remove the core. Cut the apple into cubes and sauté in a knob of butter until soft. Remove from the pan and allow to cool to room temperature.
Heat a knob of butter in a non-stick pan and fry the black pudding for a short time on both sides.
Place a cube of apple on the Virtuoso biscuits, then lay a slice of black pudding on top. Garnish with fried onions.
