Butter Waffle with hummus and mint and Iberico ham

Heat the butter waffle in the oven at 180°C and cut out a round with a shape cutter.
Mix chickpeas into a smooth purée with the olive oil, season with salt, cumin and paprika powder. Put a blob of the mint hummus on the Butter Waffle. Cut up the slices of ham and place on the hummus. Garnish with a leaf of mint.
